29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  On or about September 11, 2019 at the worksite located at 1318 Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville, Georgia, employees utilizing a Genie S - 40 aerial lift were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet, when the employer failed to ensure that each employee in the aerial lift was utilizing a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the aerial lift.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
