29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 1) Self Storage: On or about September 12, 2019, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet, in that, fall protection was not utilized while working inside a Snorkel model TB60 and serial MR05035RBLT aerial lift truck conducting scuppers work.
