29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater : (a) Green Hemp Farms, Inc. at 1760 Gunnison Ave. Delta, CO 81416: On or before 9/17/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that two electrical panels at 480V did not have at least thirty inches of clearance in front of the panel and were blocked by assorted tools, equipment and materials. This condition exposed employees to electric shock hazards.
