29 CFR 1903.2(a)(1): The employer did not post and keep posted OSHA notices informing employees of the protections and obligations provided for in the Act, and that for assistance and information, including copies of the Act and of specific safety and health standards, employees should contact the employer or the nearest office of the Department of Labor: a) Magnolia Senior Living Center construction site, 3700 E. Highway 34, Sharpsburg, GA.- On or about September 18, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to safety and health hazards, in that the OSHA poster was not posted to inform employees of the protections and obligations provided by the OSHA Act.

Highway 34, Sharpsburg, GA.- On or about September 18, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a safety hazard in that, there was no first-aid kit onsite and phone numbers were not posted for the physicians and/or clinics to be used to treat minor injuries.
