29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a) Building Exterior: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while utilizing a lull forklift as a scaffold without using personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection. The exposed employee was using plywood as a platform on the lull forklift, on or about 9/18/2019.
