29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: At a facility located at 170 Evergreen Road, Oconto, WI 54153; metallic outlet boxes (handy box) were connected to flexible cords and used as suspended pendant outlets throughout the facility. The pendant outlets were used to power computers, lighting and equipment. The metal outlet boxes were not installed in accordance with the UL identifier QCIT, which states that boxes shall be mounted in or on a surface.
