29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At the North exterior wall of a commercial building, an employee was conducting painting tasks inside an aerial lift, without attaching the lanyard to the bucket or boom. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than six feet above the ground.
