29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 251 North Comrie Ave, Johnstown, NY-On or about September 19, 2019, two employees were observed working from the basket of the JLG aerial lift, 12 ft. above the ground, without body harnesses attached to the boom or basket exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
