OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to: (a) On or about 09/11/2019 - 170 Drummond Place, Jasper, AL, employees engaged in the securement of building trusses were exposed to a fall hazard when the improvised method used to secure the building trusses rendered the engineer-approved, employer-approved, properly secured anchor points ineffective.
