29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about September 18, 2019, at 6410 W Indiantown Road, Jupiter, Florida, the employer failed to conduct inspections of a worksite to ensure the use of conventional fall protection systems were utilized by employees, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet to ground level.
