Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly.   a)  On or about September 19, 2019 the Caterpillar model NRR35 stand up forklift the employer did not show the modification for the steering direction through instruction plates, tags or decals from the manufacturer for modifications in that the hydraulic hoses were switched making the steering opposite of the way it was originally set in that the turn left is now right and right is now left effecting the directional operation.
