29 CFR 1917.26(d)(1): At least one Stokes basket stretcher, or its equivalent, was not available for each vessel being worked:     A)  Apron Area, at the above referenced inspection site, on or about September 19, 2019, and or times prior to, there was no stokes basket near the vessel Lady Doris, when it was being worked. Employees were thereby exposed to a hazard of not being removed from the vessel promptly in the event of an emergency.

29 CFR 1917.26(f): A US Coast Guard approved 30 inch life ring, with at least 90 feet of line attached, was not available at readily accessible points at each waterside work area where the employees' work exposed them to the hazard of drowning:  A) Apron Area, at the above referenced inspection site, on or about September 19, 2019, and or times prior to, there was no life ring available near the vessel Lady Doris in case and employee fell into the water. Employees were thereby exposed to a drowning hazard.
