29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows.    a) At the rail car shed, at the above referenced inspection site, on or about September 19, 2019, the employer did not reasonably ensure the work area, where rail cars were offloaded, was maintained free of flammable wood dust, thus exposing employees to fire and smoke hazards.    b) At the rail car shed, at the above referenced inspection site, on or about September 19, 2019, the employer did not reasonably ensure the work area, where tractor trailers were offloaded, was maintained free of flammable wood dust, thus exposing employees to fire and smoke hazards.
