29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about September 20, 2019, at the worksite located at 1010 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33130, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees who were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning found in fumes produced by burn fuel while parking vehicles in parking garage deck.
