29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) On or about September 19, 2019, on the 13th floor, in the core area (Loyola Side), employees were using a 14" Makita saw with a damage electrical power cord. Black electrical tape was used to cover a break on the outer sheathing of the electrical power cord.
