29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) Employees performing roofing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips and nails while operating Hitachi nail guns without wearing eye protection.   b) Am employee performing roofing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips and saw dust while cutting wood with a Hilti WSC 7.25-S circular saw while not wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  On or about September 19, 2019, at Lot 27, 6315 Privet Way, Cumming, Georgia:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet when they used one half of an aluminum extension ladder that did not extend three feet above the 2nd floor landing to move to and from the ground level to 2nd floor level.
