29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about September 23, 2019, Venture Construction Company as the Controlling Employer did not ensure that employees of its subcontractor were: a) Protected from falling approximately 11 feet to the ground below while it loaded roofing materials onto a roof canopy; b) Protected from falling approximately 11 feet by the use of fall protection while working from aerial lifts.
