29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: On or about September 23, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide a written hazard communication program, access to safety data sheets and the hazardous conditions/first aid where employees used corrosive chemical cleaning solution. The program must be in compliance with the new Global Harmonized System.
