Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about September 19, 2019, at a jobsite located at 145 Central Ave, Naples FL, 34101 employees performing roofing work without the use of fall protection were exposed to a 20-ft. fall hazard.
