Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about September 18, 2019, at a jobsite located at 1847 Mustique, Naples, FL, 34120 , employees working from the top exterior portion edge of a residence, were performing concrete pumping operations without the use of fall protection were exposed to a 10-ft. fall hazard.
