29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 18, 2019, the employer failed to ensure the workers were protected from a fall when working at heights greater than six feet. Employees were working on the metal flashing on the roof. They were not anchored when walking from their tie off point on the roof to the JLG. The roof had a 6 and 12 pitch. The employees were working approximately 27 feet high. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
