29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end.   Jobsite:   1)  On or about September 20, 2019, the cantilevered ends, of the 24ft scaffold pic, extended approximately 8ft and 7ft beyond the supports on the left and right sides respectively. Employees were exposed to structural failure, collapse and resulting falls.  2) On or about September 20, 2019, the cantilevered left end, of the 12ft scaffold pic, extended approximately 2ft beyond the supports on the left side. Employees were exposed to structural failure, collapse and resulting falls.
