29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) On or about September 23, 2019 and at times prior, Great Roofing & Restoration, LLC., at the Steeplechase Condos located at 3096, 3090, 3086 & 3080 W Prentice Ave, Littleton, CO. did not ensure employees of Double Visions Roofing, LLC., subcontractor, were protected from injuries, by conducting frequent and regular inspections, to identify and correct fall hazards, during re-roofing construction. The employer, Great Roofing & Restoration, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136326, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/03/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9999 E. Progress Circle, Greenwood Village 80110.
