29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(i): (i) Each employee exposed to an unprotected side or edge of a stairway landing that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was not protected by a guardrail or stair rail system;  a) At the facility, in the storage area, on or about August 28, 2019, employees climbed stairs routinely to access a loft storage area. The employer did not ensure the stairway was equipped with a handrail, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
