29 CFR 1926.300(b)(4)(iii):     The employer shall provide special hand tools that permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone:    The employer is failing to ensure that employees are not exposed to an amputation hazard.  This was most recently documented on September 23, 2019 at 6550 S. 184th St. Omaha, Nebraska.  The employer failed to ensure that the employee did not place their hand(s) in the danger zone of the Dewalt Sliding Compound Miter Saw when cross cutting treated 6 inch by 6 inch lumber.
