Employees were installing roofing trusses without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to a fall height of approximate 12 feet. b) For employees working at 21490 Estrada Nuova Circle in Estero, as observed on or about September 24, 2019. Employees were installing roofing sheathing without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to a fall height of approximate 40 feet.
