29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: Powerhouse Building, 59 Fountain Street, Framingham, MA a) On or about 9/24/19, a subcontracted employee fell through a section of roof that was deteriorated to the floor below. The walking working surface was not evaluated to determine if the structural integrity existed to support employees.
