29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(A): Refresher training in relevant topics shall be provided to the operator when the operator has been observed to operate the vehicle in an unsafe manner. On or about September 25, 2019, refresher training was not provided and certified for employees who were previously observed to operate forklifts in an unsafe manner. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
