29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step: On or about September 25, 2019, at the jobsite located at 10621 Okeechobee, FL 33411, an employee while pulling audio wire from the ceiling above and using an A-frame ladder was standing on the top step and was exposed to a 4-ft. fall hazard.
