29 CFR 1926.452(m)(2): Crawling boards shall be secured to the roof by ridge hooks or by means that meet equivalent criteria (e.g., strength and durability):   a) 319 Chapman Drive, Amsterdam, NY- On or about September 19, 2019 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when the employer failed to follow the manufactures instruction by utilizing one ladder hook instead of two in accordance with OEM instructions.
