29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) as required by 1960.8 (b): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:    On or about September 26, 2019, the guarding for the conveyor SS1 was inadequate in that several points were open that could result in a struck-by hazard from the baggage that passes by these openings:  a) Adjacent to the entrance to the x-ray machine the opening is more than 12 inches with no guard in place;  b) Where the two conveyors meet, to the left of the x-ray machine opening, by the post marked 'LC/SS1-06, there is an  opening of  approximately 3 inches with no guarding in place;  c)  At a location marked SS1-04 there is an opening of approximately 31 inches, approximately 12 inches from where the conveyors meet at LC/SS1-06, there is inadequate guarding in place.
