OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to chemical inhalation hazards: (a) On or about September 20, 2019 - Pool Storage Room A, the employer did not ensure that containers of Accu-Tab Blue SI Calcium Hypochlorite tablets (chlorine) were stored at temperatures between -10 degrees C and 25 degrees C (14 degrees F and 77 degrees F).
