On a residential roof, located at 5577 Old Middleburg Rd, Jacksonville, FL: On or about September 25, 2019, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that two (2) employees who operated pneumatic nail guns were not protected with eye protection while exposed to eye injuries from flying debris.
