29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a. On or about August 13, 2019 at 3090 Caruso Court in Orlando, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on August 14, 2019 during morning time. The employer notified OSHA on August 19, 2019 at 6:30 PM of the in-patient hospitalization.
