29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 301 N. Broad St., Philadelphia PA 19107 - The employer did not ensure that employees who were installing a new upgraded air conditioning unit on a roof with an unprotected edge approximately 41 feet above the lower level were protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, thus exposing the employees to fall from height hazards. This condition was noted on or about May 22, 2019.
