Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a)1770 Central Ave. Albany, NY- On or about September 30, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while conducting roofing operations on a commercial building.
