29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) Throughout facility - On or about 10/1/2019, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that employees had not received training, nor been evaluated for the safe operation of powered industrial trucks when employees were operating the Toyota forklifts to load and unload the pallets.
