29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either: (i) The information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or, (ii) Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: Bighorn Motors, Inc. dba Bighorn Toyota at 130 Center Drive, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601: On and before September 26, 2019, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked to convey the hazards represented by the employee use of chemicals such as, but not limited to: (1) Cleaners - Brake, Carburetor, Wheel (2) Brake fluid (3) Compressed oxygen (4) Various solvents and degreasers (5) Oils (6) Battery terminal sealer (7) Refrigerants This condition may result in employees using chemicals in an unsafe manner due to lack of knowledge about the chemicals.
