29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 1, 2019, employees performing commercial roofing operations on a steep roof were not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall of 17.5- 20.7 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
