OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Yard Area: On or before October 1, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were trained and allowed to climb on top of a semi-truck trailer, approximately 12.5 feet from the ground, to adjust overhanging trash prior to rolling the tarp back over the payload of trash.
