29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Bijou Creek Addition: On or about September 27, 2019, two workers without hard hats were exposed to struck-by injuries while working 7.5 to 9.5 feet below clumps of dirt at the immediate edge of an excavation.
