Bellerieve Lane, Imperial, MO 63052, on or about 10/1/2019, workers were observed on to the roof, operating pneumatic nail guns, actively installing new roof material, without any form of eye or face protection. The workers were exposed to struck-by hazard.

Bellerieve Lane, Imperial, MO 63052, on or about 10/1/2019, workers were observed on top of a 6:12 pitch roof, actively installing new roof material, approximately 10 feet, 11 inches eave to ground level, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. JIM WAGGONER ROOFING was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1341337, citation umber 1, item number 1, issued on 11/5/2018, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 201 Earlsfield land, Saint Louis, MO 63125.
