29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about August 24, 2019, Romero JR Construction LLC, as a controlling contractor, did not ensure Alvaro Construction protected their employees from recognizable construction hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent site inspections to prevent persistent and reoccurring hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet)
