On the west side of the construction site, employees performing cornice activities were elevated in a Genie lift boom without fall protection, exposing them to unprotected fall hazards.

On the west side of the construction site, an employees performing cornice work without fall protection was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet to the ground below.
