29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about September 23, 2019 the employer failed to conduct an annual inspection of the specific procedures for the controlling of hazardous energies for equipment serviced and maintained at the facility. Equipment includes but is not limited to sorters, balers, and conveyors. Hazardous energies present on equipment include but is not limited to electrical, thermal, mechanical, and gravitational.
