29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):      a) Ironing dept.: An employee was exposed to nip points while inserting sheets on a ironing machine, the guard was not properly fucntioning, on or about 9/17/2019. On 9/17/2019 an employee sustained an injury to the left hand while the guard did not stop the rollers on a Ironing machine.

On 9/17/2019, the OSHA Hasbrouck Heights Area Office was notified of an incident on 10/1/2019 in which an employee sustained a right arm injury while feeding sheets in to an Industrial Ironer Machine.
