The flexible cord was being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.  B.)  United States Postal Service, Fairview Main Post Office, 3856 Avonia Road, Fairview, PA  16415, front counter area, on or about October 2, 2019 and times prior thereto:  An orange flexible electrical extension cord was running from a pendant drop above the drop ceiling, along the top of the ceiling tiles, and down to a relocatable power tap at a computer workstation.  The flexible cord was ran through the ceiling.  C.)
