On or about 10/2/19, on site for employees required to don a ½ 3M respirator or 3M full face respirator when spraying molds with Chem Trend Chemlease 501SR 10-12 times a day for 10-15 minutes. The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program to include fit tests, medical evaluations, and training. b). On or about 10/2/19, on site for employees required to don a full face 3M 6001 respirator when spraying with Standox 2K Plasticiser, Standox 2K HS System Filler, and Standox 2K Hardenerin 5 minutes intervals for about an hour. The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program to include fit tests, medical evaluations, and training.

On or about 10/2/19, on site for employees spraying molds with Chem Trend Chemlease 501SR 10-12 times a day for 10-15 minutes. The Chem Trend Chemlease 501SR contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, 67-77% Isopropyl Alcohol. The employer did not implement a hazard communication program. b). On or about 10/2/19, on site for employees spraying with Standox 2K Plasticiser, Standox 2K HS System Filler, and Standox 2K Hardener. Employee sprays 4 bumpers in 1 hour; it takes 5 minutes for each spraying task. Three coats are sprayed for each bumper. Spraying is done in a spray booth. Standox Filler contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Propylene Glycol. Standox 2K Plasticiser contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Butyl Acetate. Standox 2K Hardener contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, polyisocyanate resin. The employer did not implement a hazard communication program.
