29 CFR 1926.1060(b): The employer did not provide retraining as necessary for each employee using ladders and stairways so that the employee maintained the understanding and knowledge acquired through prior training: (a) Jobsite, 6015 Spirit Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about October 3, 2019 employees were using a step ladder in an incorrect manner and the employer had not retrained employees to ensure they had retained the knowledge to use ladders as intended.
