29 CFR 1910.213(r)(3): The point of operation on combination or universal woodworking machines was not guarded as required for such a tool in a separate machine: (a) Production Work Area: On or about October 4, 2019, employees were operating a Brandt "Optimat KD-66" Automatic Edge-bander Machine, which contains several different types of internal moving parts to work to the stock piece, that was not effectively guarded.
